Kite keeps going in to depower because this thing won't stay clipped in... Do i have to unscrew those screws out to make it stick better or what is going on?

It kept unclicking as soon as I put extra 3inch pigtails on the centre lines

That clip has no effect on the depower/ kite trim.... it only helps keep the toogles within reach.
You can replace the plastic part or just don't worry about it.
It is probably now "unclicking " because your kite is now incorrectly trimmed with the centre lines being too long.... have you tuned your bar correctly.

Just looking at that photo I notice you are missing the Herbie clip ( tension ring ) from the section between the toggles....

Spot on! The Herbie clip is missing which is what squeezes the depower port over the stopper ball further down.

Fortunately bunnings have these in abundance, as they are used in sausage watering ropes and gardening.

And yes, you need the stopper ball to work on the Powerdrive bar as too much sheeting out by letting go of the barr will quickly depower the kite. It was designed that way. The Cabrinha Omega HD is called HD for High Depower because of that design.

I suggest you get rid of this crappy bar mate and by a modern click bar or any other more recent brand. Stop stuffing around.
