Hello everyone! I had a session yesterday, and the QR ejected by accident (North control bar 2020 connected with 2020 North orbit) when I was about to water start. This thing happened twice already.

I am pretty sure I did not touch the QR and my both hands were on the bar. As I am fairly new to this spirt and the bar looks fine, could anyone advice what seems to be the issues?

Did the chicken loop open up or did it just slip off the harnes hook?
