The lake has filled up quite a bit after the last weeks rain , hopefully the water level wont go down too much before summer

Bummer that I missed it when the sun was still out. After everything is flooded on the east coast, it has to be full now... maybe we'll get some sun and wind before winter???

The lake busted open to the ocean on the last big rains , this time at the northern end . This is how it is now.

Yes it's opened there before back in the 1980's when I sailed there.
