Today at around 5:00 pm I lost my Carved Imperator IV Custom Full Carbon Fiber 134x41.
I was on my way back from Hillarys to Mullalloo from where I started ( my usual run) and crashed about 800m - 1k out off the Surf Club. I tried for 15-20 minutes to find the board out there but no luck. I then dragged in to shore. After returning to the southern end of the kiting zone I used another board and looked for about half an hour with no luck. The conditions where 30 knots with 1-2m swells so I assume the board will end up somewhere further North.. Yanchep - Two Rocks ??
I offer a reward for the person to return the board. The board has a serial number and is unique, unfortunately the phone number has washed off.

I got my board back today .. well it took a beating at the marina wall in Ocean Reef .. fins are still ok .. one pad ripped off and a few chips in the carbon fibre layers down to the core .. but it is still in one piece .. two boys found it and got their reward .. it was stuck between two rocks they said some way up the wall ...
your board should have been on the beach earlier .. if mine actually already came in at Ocean Reef despite being almost 1k out .. yours should have landed earlier ...
I went the next day along the beach and had a look but did not climb the wall at Ocean Reef .. well .. I am happy to have it back .. will have a few repairs to do :)

Yes Garry,
see above I have it back .. a bit smashed up ..
I ordered a new set of pads and straps and dropped it
at Jason's (Back to the water) in Wangara for repair .
There are few places where the carbon fibre is chipped to the core
and it needs waterproofing and a bit of a general polish to smooth
out the rough edges .. the corners of the tips need repair too ..
a couple of corners are like open wounds :) ... anyway .. it will
make a full recovery .. I just like it too much .. the best board
I have ever ridden .. nothing compares to it ...
