It should have washed up in the bay or further round at the Mullallo kiting area....
that just about always the case. Being a foil board it can get stuck in meter deep water just offshore so a walk around the entire bay may be advised.
Possibly a non kiting person has found it.
It may be worthwhile contacting the police, surf club and posting some lost/reward posters on all the access paths between Pinaroo and Mullalloo kiting areas.
