Mightn't be much help but figure someone would probably like any information available...
On the ride into Perth this morning along the freeway, rode past an elderly gentleman (70s) with a bowler hat carrying a green and black kiteboard. Not sure of type etc...he was next to the northbound off-ramp to Mill Point rd off-ramp.
