Got a month from mid nov to mid dec,, trying to find the best place for waves/wind this period, any info out there?? cheers.

inland is dead this time of year :( i would have taken my kite with :(
but the coast should be great. specially capetown. theres a backpacker there called "The backpack and africa travel center" that place is worthy of legend!!
pick a country man cus there are thousands of places out there
