Depends where you are going! West coast of Ireland is good, Tiree in Scotland or west and south of England, Watergate bay in cornwall (England) is good on SW wind, up to 20ft waves, cant sail at high tide, South coast, West Wittering(have to buy day ticket, private beach) Lancing, near Brighton, Camber sands, all good on WSW- S,but check tides as cannot sail most at high tide.
If wind NE-SE not normally any good, bit gutless, East coast of UK, NW-NE Hunstanton in The Wash Norfolk, England, Most place's in England are crap at high tide, beaches to small. Nowhere to launch-land.

Hope this helps.
Cornwall prob best if good wind from W-SW.
