hmm an inconclusive set of pics at best, but I doubt they have been "photoshopped"
In that first shot it looks cross off, but in the second two it looks cross on. If you look at where the sun is in the pics the last one was taken facing a different direction as the first two. Also there is land visible in the background of the first shot but not the others. Assuming these were afternoon pic then they were taken looking NW, WSW and S respectively.
In the last shot there are two people standing in the water behind the kiter, so it's pretty shallow there making walking back upwind if/when you are not holding ground (or to relaunch!) an option.
Steve is right that last shot does seem to have a lot of wind out the back.
Regardless - that spot looks epic on google earth - in the right tide and wind it's flatty goodness as far as you want / need it...
PS - yes I am bored - Sydney has the worst (aka no) wind at the moment...
