Here is a previous discussion
www.seabreeze.com.au/forums/topic.asp?TOPIC_ID=41403F16 = as the others said = unhooked backroll with a kiteloop.
Loops without rolling ( hooked in ) = on port tack send kite to about 1-2 oclock pop and boost as normal then pull hard on your back hand and loop the kite. The bigger you boost the more time you have for the kite to go full circle and catch your weight again......... also a bigger chance of a monumental stuffup.
Looping with a backroll at the same time usually helps to bring the kite around if you are not backrolling you need to concentrate on bringing the kite all the way around the first few times you try ... the effect should be like a big hooked in railey ( legs way out and up ) as you are yanked downwind.
loops are heaps of fun but watch those knees if you loop and the kite does not make it all the way ( only if you dont 100% commit ) around you fall from a long way up best to bail on these and fall on your ass dont attempt to land on your board or you will probably hear a popping sound in the kneee area . NOt good
good luck
