I read a MBA(peak building body) report recently which predicts 70 000 people a year will move to WA every year until 2016(didnt predict beyond there), some interstate, lots skilled euros(generally 35 and under)

All of our so called problems will get alot worse(i dont think we have any problems, if you do go travel somwhere poor where there idea of a kite is a plastic bag)

Anyone know the ratio of population= how many ? kiters
What can we expect at our locals, what should we be doing now ??(other than moving up/down the coast, arming the locals)
