I want to start practicing kite surffing and I want to buy a used gear I found Cabrinha black tip model 2003 20 meter but it brand new condition, only kite, belt and bag with 300 usd
can I have your advise either to buy or no????

20 metre what the heck !!!!!!!!! you have a death wise.
chase up lessons first BEFORE anything else and don't do anything else first like buy gear.
Kites like you are talking about are only for the very experienced to play with, and are worth nothing 2nd hand.

Ideally you'd find a kite larger than 20m and older than 2003.

Don't sell yourself short by saving money on 2003 small kites - it's a false economy. Save up $800 or so for a 2001 23m kite (any brand will do) and head straight to Safety Bay on a very windy day.

You can make your own belt with seatbelt webbing and rope.

honestly, it would be the worst $300 you ever spent. You would be better wiping your ass with the bills and flushing them away, cause at least it would be safer

1. buy bargain black tip kite
2. pick a beach full of infidel's
3. attach belt & go upwind & launch black tip kite
4. go straight to allah's virgin wharehouse and select ur top 100
5. read the "gotcha!" note on the door, and proceed to the firey cave

Islam seabreeze has a search button and also a newbees thread. A black tip kite from 2003 is not worth $30. Kitesurfing is a great sport but you cant cut corners. Buy whatever you want, yet most goys in the know yould say buy 2007 cheap to be safe.

Its a total waste of money on what you were looking for, even if you didnt kill yourself and/or others you cannot enjoy kitesurfing on that kite.
