agreed.

shouldn't take you more than an hour to untangle.
it doesn't look to tight and there are lot of loops
start by taking the leash off
do it one line at a time

it's good you have colored lines, it's much easier to untangle than all white lines. I'd say you can do it twice faster than with white lines.

my personal best is 3 hours on the car park to untangle my lines while watching other kiters having fun. I don't remember what happened, must have been a self rescue gone wrong in waves

Yep and he should know better, he must have boosted above the kite, became weightless because he was so high, and in zero gravity its so difficult to maintain line tension, hence the tangle

it looks like this cos he walked from trigg to scabs with it and his kite after a backrollextravaganza epic fail.

Do it in a place out of the wind, and completely undo one line at a time, after you have one lin e free, its 1/3rd done.

To get a knot out of a line, soak the knot in soapy water or a detergent water mix, place the li ne on a hard shiny surface like a quarry tile and tap very gently as you rotate the knot. So flatten the knot, then rotate, then flatten, then rotate, repeat several times, then have a go at loosening it by twisting the know with your fingernails. If it does not come loose, repeat the flatten and rotate process several times and try to loosen it again............
