anyone got one of these its a DAKINE PYRO MANIAC WAIST HARNESS . i have been using another type of sliding hook but its a bit to big so i might just get new harness and these look like a problem solver . anyone know where i can get one in oz

Any harness with a hook will always pull up , are you riding a directional ? Try a rope slider, Dakine C1 Ride Engine.
