looks like another kite selling scam, where they get hold of a dormant ebay account (this one not used since 2006) and use it to sell stuff, then paypal carries the can.....i remember this was happening with carbinha crossbows a few years back

Doesn't look dishonest to me, $619.99 for a 2012 Cab Drifter, kite only, is not that cheap, all seems above board.

go ahead bid away then. BTW 15 knots is a kite shop in Puerto Rico seems they copied one of their ads verbatim
