Apologies if this has been dealt with - I've done a search and not found anything that directly answers my question, which is:

Imagining for a moment that cost is not an issue (we can dream) any suggestions for steady winds and flat water (I'm just getting onto the board) in early August?

I'm thinking Cook Islands, northern Queensland, Mauritius...

Of course, if anyone has managed to have a really great couple of weeks, with a few lessons thrown in, and avoided paying loads of $$, that would be the best answer!

Yeah I'd second kite surfari. Ill be flying back from egypt to go there again this year, its that good.
