Everyone kites at oldmans. Agoda.com has heaps of decent villas around 30 a night (look for surf villas) which I north of echo beach and has a cool a frame to kite if your not afraid of rocks. So many people get washed through the crowds at oldmans (happened last saturday really bad I was embarrassed for the kiter in question). Wind is **** so you need a 12m minimum and most on 14m to 18m. It also drops really quick and catches a lot out so start way south of oldmans.
