Farnborough is always good in most wind directions, Mulambin/Kinka/Zilzie are pretty good, basically ride anywhere but flagged beaches and Kemp beach(surfers domain and not enough beach space) and you'll be fine!

There are usually a few guys out up at Farnborough, you can see their kites from Yeppoon so you'll know where to head..

Theres a group on facebook 'Capricorn Coast Kitesurfing Association', a few of the guys and gals are on there, take a look if you are on facebook..

All is going to plan will be down your way. if 20+ plus is on keep an eye out for a 7.5 kahoona, white yellow and black or a 12 LF envy, orange green if on the light side, a youngster driving.

Oli gave it a go sat' arvo at Farnb', light wind practice, an angle on shore would have helped, did have a couple of good runs and caught the attention of 4bys leaving the beach.
