Looking at the wind charts this arvo and this front has hit hard, fast and ferocious. I really hope there wasn't anyone out for a midday light wind session on a 17m

It really was a glorious breeze this evening. So powerful and wonderful.

You just hope that extra 17knot gust hits at the peak of your boost for that second liifffttttttttttt.
and NOT just as your kite flips over and catches the wind self launching
