I'm danish and I used to kitesurf the same place as him in 2000. At the time he was windsurfing and already kind a cult figure due to his age....

One season I remember I did not see him until late in teh sumemr and I asked him where he had been and he told me he had to take quite a few months off because he had broke a rip trying to learn how to kitesurf.

The last years I was in Denmark 2000-2004 he was only windsurfing, which was still pretty cool for a guy his age....

On the movie, which is a commercial for a bank in Denmark he says he feels young hanging out on the water with all the youngsters....

His wife complains he is a pain in the ass if he cannot kitesurf....

He says he kitesurfs about 300 days a year, which I doubt, because it's fu****** freezing in Denmark in the wintertime....

He will feel old the day he cannot kitesurf anymore.....

Kudos to this old guy :)
