Been to the Cook Islands twice for kiting,the only place to kite at Rarotonga is
Muri beach ok at high tide average at low tide, lots of coral heads.
The best place for kiting in the Cook Islands is Aitutaki a massive lagoon 50 minute
flight from Rarotonga
