Hi mate

Guincho, or Viana in Portugal has great wind and waves that time of year. Plus if you are ruling out Tarifa because of crowds, it is only really crowded in August (Spanish Holiday) June would be a good month to visit!

If it's strong wind you want Viana in Portugal is known for getting in the 30-40 knot zone at that time of year, along with some good Atlantic swell!!!

Cascais is an amazing town, the missus would love it, there are heaps of great beaches, and music festivals all round and really friendly locals. The wind is great down south and Morocco is close by too...Cascais is awesome!
