ok now im no law buff but, is that actually gonna hold up in court? because there is no consideration givin by one of the sides (the buyer) so you could say that the contract is void due to a unilateral mistake? maybe the writing needs to say " in purchasing this product you have agreed to all of the following.........etc.) ????
I agree it should not be held up in court, however they will not be liable for any damages possibly caused by their kite, like a jet ski once you take it over a jump(Wave) the warranty is void.
Mind you not trying to take the piss. if anyone had an accident on kite and tried to sue the manufacturer there either american or a red neck.(only some yanks not all)
