Quick edit from the local

Got a new camera thingy.. a GoShow or something but it's mounted on my GoJoe, which is a really good mount.

For perspective I reckon the jump is almost a kite line length.. so say 15m high!

Different perspective, arty even. Bit like kiting on acid (I'd imagine!!!). Good song added to the surrealness of it.

When was the jump? Actually i did have to vomit half way threw from being seasick so i stopped watching for a bit. It must have been then.

When you speed up a first person movie, it makes the shaky cam much much worse. It's a pretty common problem, so much that Microsoft has invested millions of dollars to make Hyperlapse video. Check the demonstration on the website.

I think Instagram also has an app that lets you make hyperlapse videos, which may be just what you need to change all those red thumbs to green :)

EDIT: Looks like they are two separate technologies. The Instagram one is available now and it looks like the Microsoft one is still being worked on.

I was going to ask the same thing? Plumdog are you out there?

Perhaps there has been 50foot swell for the last month in NZ and he has been out there non-stop.

Some really good tips in Rails link.

Your first video might not have been great but doesn't deserve the not so constructive critism you have received.
Different views will make a massive difference so maybe Buy/Make a few mounts and also ask someone to film you.
Music also makes a big impact although YouTube etc get fussy about copyright.
