If it is tagged, I hope the information from it can be used to understand white pointers and possibly, but obviously any limited potential for protection methods.
Now, how much science was there when they hooked tiger sharks and chucked them overboard off Perth last summer?
Wouldnt' taxpayers be happier for their money, about $6 million, for the 3yr shark cull to be spent instead on great white, tiger and bull shark research, about half a dozen shark barriers at the most crowded beaches from Albany to Gero ,and some observers on Margaret River beaches during the peak holiday season?

My understanding is that more often than not, it's the sick or injured GWS which attacks a human. They are delusional and in need of an easy kill. Good thing he's now out of the water I suppose.
