What do you guys reckon of this little novelty thing? Personally I find it rather unreliable. You'd probably snap that board in nooo time and let's not even think of loosing the alan key.. You'd kick yourself to death standing on a beach two big foots instead of a whole board to ride...

Description from the creator:
"Board integrity is not compromised by carbon split device, light weight construction and progressive flex tips give to the board same characteristic of standard board. Titanium threaded insert ensuring high performance and solidity between connected parts. Alan key is the only tool needed foresees to connect parts in a seconds."

Yeah, I can't see how the centre of the board could have the same rigidity/flex as either side of it. If they did work well it would solve the whole oversized baggage when travelling internationally though.

I don't know hey. looks ok. i wouldn't knock it without trying it. Sooo much more convenient for travel. I'm giving a vote for easy as at this stage. Be good if it was good enough to be your every day board as well... there's some pretty good boards out there to compete against though. So I think it would have to be a bit of a compromise to have this convenience.

I say its a pretty good idea specially if your a regular traveller.. Wouldn't be throing down any wake or kiteloop tricks with it though.
If its full carbon id be worried about knocking it on anything. Carbon when cracked fails viciously.
