I have a set of bar and lines in good condition except the front power lines are about 6 to 8 Inches longer than the control lines.

I've been told to add pig tails to the control lines but would need around 3 in row of the pig tails to even them up.

What's the best way to fix this problem.....Cheers.

streached 6 to 8 inches?? seems almost incredible ( thats an impressive extension!!) . I suspect its a tuning issue between your front and back line lengths but we need to know the 'bar brand' to really make a comment that will set you on the straight and narrow. Is there any adjustment on the pigtails at the kite - like slingshots? Is there any adjustment at the bar end like F-ones?

... yep, I've had the same on my North and Core kites. If I don't check them regularly then it gets away from me and slowly but steadily the kite flys like sh!t. Get them all the same length and kite should fly better.

Either adjust under the bar floats ie shorten the back lines or add extentions to the offending short lines which is usually the front lines stretch.

Good luck,

Robbie
