Yes it loops but it's not a
mega loop.
People like to confuse themselves with definitions like "must be over X meters" or "more than 30 knots" or "the kite must pass below the rider" but the actual important thing is that the rider is yanked horizontally enough that they free fall until the kite catches them, which kinda implies you need to be over 20m, in a lot of wind with an aggressive loop...
That doesn't mean those guys aren't doing some mad loops
especially the snow kite/landboard guys!
