1. When launch and land is crowded> don't leave your kites and lines laying about. Come to the spot, gear up, get launched, go and do your business then come in and pack up.

2. Give a launch and catch a kite.

3. Don't stand around with your kite at 12 admiring the cloth. If you must rest and park your kite, park it at the waters edge. By standing around with your kite at 12 in crowded spots you are taking up way too much space!

4. Please be alert of others...if you can't see, then get some friggen sun glasses or wear a hat with visor.

5. Please smile and ask questions if you are new to a spot.

6. Keep your kite out of trees and away from onlookers.

7. Remember that no matter how cool you think you are and how skilled you think you may be.........have some respect for the fact that you are always to be learning.

Funny I was just thinking that after visiting a very small beach yesterday for the first time...

I pumped my kite up before laying out my lines so I took up space for a shorter time.

Out of curiosity, how many kiters were at this spot to make it 'busy'?

A friend counted 39 on the water, does not include full beach or the SPECIAL kiter blown beyond the point of idiot return offshore side

Gruezi - The Latest news from 'David Attenborough' is that some species of trees in this part of the world are... Kitenivorous [}:)] the seem to favour shorelines that are wind swept - Lurk in the shadows [}:)] then reach out & strike when prey gets too close

I wish people would have the good manners to watch ME every time I come towards them pulling off a trick! Never mind that it may be the same old back loop for the hundredth time.

Yeah further to the last post.
Don't come in and land just as someone is about to launch. Do another tack and come in in a few minutes once they have left the beach.
Then you don't have to pull your lines off someone else's that is launching
