Had a few weeks in Safety Bay start of this year, have to say its not quite what it used to be, a lot of kooks thinking they rule the place, seemed to be a lot of tension between kiters.... the sandbar also seems to have grown making the wind sketch.
Anyway it was still a sick trip, kited nearly every day and had heaps of fun, check out some of the footage of me training for the 2013 season which starts soon.

Nice riding mate. Next time your here just check out some of the other spots. Safety Bay is fantastic but there are plenty of other spots not as 'renowned' as Safety Bay and therefore less busy.

thanks! yea man, we rooked out this year, we struggled to get a car and when we did we only had 500km a week, last year we did Albany, Augusta, Mandurah, Point Walter and Lano. Definitely some sick places to ride around but yea we had to make do with the pond this year...
