Water police and Airwing are doing a search off Mullaloo for a kite surfer. If you've dumped your gear and made it back to dry land ring triple zero or 131444 ASAP.

Hi all, just a reminder that if you ever become separated from your kite and it's drifting away at Sea that you MUST report it to the police or your local Water Police as soon as you make it back to the shore. Give a description of your kite colours and approximate location.

A runaway kite will very often trigger a search and rescue operation after being reported by concerned members of the public.
