I had not planned on replacing the bearing, was just gonna clean it up and lube. Is this worth the hassle or should i just replace with new one? Does SS provide these under warranty?

It might be a standard sealed skateboarding bearing. Its worth taking to a skateboarding shop and seeing if they are one and the same. Sealed bearings would do the job because they are less likely to be impacted on by the saltwater.
