Can anyone recommend kite locations in south east asia in October? I booked some cheap flights to Thailand and planned on scuba diving and kite surfing every day for 30 days. I checked the wind recommendations afterwards and it looks like I'll just be scuba diving every day. Apparently hua hin starts to pick up around october/november but I'd be willing to go anywhere within a short flight if there is somewhere that works better.
