Hey Underoath,

I'd love to provide transport back Upwind to Leighton, but my van leaves at 3:30 and I don't think all the riders will be ready by then.

Give me a hoy if you think I can help. A 4pm or 1:30pm departure might work for the van.

Hey best not confuse things, the time has been set for 2pm.

- SO -

Anyone who needs a ride south, meet at Trigg Point (near the cafe) at 1:30 and I can take up to 10 people to Leighton on the van. I'll have you at Leighton at 2pm for the meet up.
Cost is a donation, roughly enough for a beer, but it's anonymous and you don't have to contribute.

NOTE - I normally pick people up from South Trigg at 3:30 and that service will still run, but for this event only I'll pick up people at 1:30 from Trigg Point Cafe.

If you want to get a cheap costume, there are plenty left at K Mart Ocean Keys. Aparently none left at Innaloo today.

12 dollars.

Been heaps of "sharing" and "likes" on the net so its allready looking like a decent turnout.

Word on the street is even some of the River Boys aka PKR will be rocking up on foils!

Can I come on the downwinder? I'll be in Perth this weekend

Is it very far? I can only go one direction... with my left foot forward

Not exactly true, you seem to do well on the red thumbs without being constructive or helpful.

Wind is generally SW so it blows onshore at an angle left to right. You should be fine if you body drag towards the shore when you get too far offshore. Or else learn to ride on your bad side :S

Ahem,

I don't see a troll section? I wish

But I tell you what I do see! A forum called "The hookup" and a "WA forum"

They are probably there for a reason, but you never know

I'm using my 8m and I'm lighter than you. Take a twin tip and boost and loop your way there... You can borrow my 7m but only if you promise to wear a tutu.

Serious one (just for a change)
If you are unsure you would have to be a bit suss about an 8M for 28kts (possibly+a bit). There will be plenty like mattyjee who will be on 8's or bigger but hopefully they will be those who know their own limits - very well.
If the track or conditions aren't something you are used to then safest thing is play it safe.

Im about 75kgs - I'll probably be on a 7M matched to a smallish TT.

@ Joe - bags a seat for the 1:30 run.

Boost and loop and froth!
