I see plenty of posts of people complaining about product quality (harness hooks, bars etc) and its great to learn from that (buyer beware etc), but sometimes its also good to give credit where & when credit is due.

So, a shout out to #Restube for their awesome customer service. They sent me a replacement (with half a dozen cartridges) after the trigger pin on mine malfunctioned (user error: I'd replaced the cartridge with the ones you typically use on PDFs - which have a thicker membrane to puncture).

It's a great little safety back up floatation device. Doesn't get in the way but is there when you need it (providing you use the correct cartridge ).

Anyway, their dedication towards customer satisfaction surprised me. AA+++ etc would buy again.

100 euro for a tube of air. Surely someone local could make something like this for a fraction of the price, even if you have to blow it up yourself.
