Hey Seabreezers, anybody kited or surfed at Punta del Este (Paraguay)?

I'm in Buenos Aires for work for a while and am thinking of doing a weekend run to get wet. Appreciate any recommendations!

Yeah i realised I'd written the wrong guay after I posted but was too scared to change it and attract ridicule...

although it turns out there is a reasonable community of Paraguayan kiters and some pretty decent lakes to kite on. Also a bit in Buenos Aires as well, if only it would stop with the maldito rain!
