Is the grassed area a park or a golf course? It's huge!

That would be our very own Langley Park, a huge expanse of grass and nothing else. Some even say it's under-utilised, there's almost 13 hectares of it right on the riverfront in the middle of the city. Now I'm not for developing it commercially, but one has to wonder if some public facility other than 13 hectares of grass could be of a bit more benefit?

Hey guys,

It's a good landboarding/buggying park in a Seabreeze. They also use it for the RedBull Air Race take off and landing strip.

It would make an unbelievable wake boarding cable park

BTW I hear the chair sniffer/ bra tweaker/ quokka kicker wants to lead his party!!!!! what a claim to fame for WA to have as state leader if he's elected!
