exactly the type of story your local KSA and AKSA are looking for RIGHT NOW.
Our "Hero Stories" program is about to get off the ground. What we need is all the 'good' stories about kiters so we can publish them on the AKSA & all KSA sites to show the world we have a very positive role to play on Aussie beaches.
With the AKSA AGM only a week away we need nominations in NOW for our inaugural "Hero Story" awards. All stories which tell the tale of good deeds done by kiters will be most welcome.
As this is the inaugural year of the "Hero Awards" we do not have a limit on how many kiters may be given hero status recognition for 2010.
Moving forward 
it will probably become the 'Hero of the Year Award' with the best story of the year taking out one single prize.
If you know of anyone, or any story, which might fit the bill please get it in to us IMMEDIATELY. For the positive PR angle to work we will need lots of stories. Plus we are open to handing out some
very significant recognition awards for the best of them.
Contact AKSA direct or your local KSA. All we need is enough info to investigate the story - a name and date and basic details is enough to get the nomination accepted. Nominations need to be tabled at the AKSA AGM this coming weekend Aug 21st.
