You are right there PR - that NW had some guts behind it , something they normally don't have.

Was lucky enough to get out for a couple of hours at 2pm - good session, great waves. Stoked

I had an ok session but got the kite sizes wrong, I went out on the 5 just as you were leaving SITW, of course the wind dropped as soon as I got out, I was just able to get up wind etc so stuck with it for a while but then decided it would be more fun on the 7.
So I came in and swapped just in time for the gusty front to hit, wish I had done it the other way round or just stuck with the 5, but thats winter for you.

Awesome day

A good wave jump session at Cottesloe and then down to Woodies for some flat water and then after just one more ride....

we got some battle worthy Thunder & Lightning followed by some exellent automatic gear washing by a massive downpour Haaaa it was all good though, waves and flatwater

Bring on Tuesday !!

Tightlines... yeah had the 8 up and towards the end, the more I depowered - the more the wind came up I shouldve taken the 6

Bummer TL , never mind you will be all smiles next week - warm weather, good wind and good waves. Enjoy!

I had Lancelin Bay to myself around lunch time. Gusty as hell and super choppy but it's always great to be out on the water

Super fun session at Glennies. Steady 25-35knts, dead cross shore, 2-4ft. Taboo 8mt was rock solid. Took a while to adjust to opposite tack riding (especially going out). Total joy on forehand being a natural foot. I think I've almost turned goofy living up here

Such a good day yesterday. My girls are sick of hearing about it.
Lost my mojo somewhat for Kiting over the past year but after yesterday I'm back with a bang.

I had an insane as session at Woodies. Ended up ripping my 10m Naish Torch on my last jump coming in (there were only 3 of us left at dusk), just in time before the recorded gusts of 44knots hit!!

Lightning, thunderstikes, epic.
