Joondalup council need reaming for approving the build without significant more car parking.
Just waiting for parking meters to be installed.
Been booking ppl for years at PP. At one point sail boats were rigging up there, pre 2010 from memory.
The sailors are long gone, I don't know where they went. Way to many kiters these days so no need for that rigging area.
It's a blatant money grab or a complete lack of monitoring to ascertain the current status at PP.
I'm a cynic and can't cop the wasteful spending of Joondalup council. I'm surprised they haven't installed another fence from PP to Mullaz point. I guess it took 3 fences for them to recognise they will eventually become buried. Small pieces of chain wire fencing buried all over the shop now.
Good news is the Groynes have been canned. Not because they're a dumb a*se idea but because voter backlash will ensue.
Groyne abandonment has a political stench IMHO
