It's theoretically possible to glue the valve but the long term chances aren't great (small leaks as it starts to fail again and then catastrophic failure). I'd not try glue unless its a holiday repair. I used stormsure glue to repair a cracked valve (no more than 50% broken) whilst on holiday (wrapped the repair in self amalgating tape to help take the load) and it did stay air tight for a few months but my anxiety about whether the next session would result in a swim got to me and I replaced it.
You don't need to replace the whole bladder though. Just get a new valve. Cut the old one off (because its laser welded and not glued) and replace it with a new one. For a really strong finish put a layer of tear-aid on the inside of the strut and then the valve on top. That will give you a bombproof repair that won't fail. Remember to mark the exact direction of the outlet or you'll get a slight kink when you fold it (ask me how I know
