Hey Guys & Girls,

I've been making my own boards for about 15 years or so, started out with surfboards, then once I started kiting, a mate showed me how he was vacuum bagging boards & that go me keen & really into it.

I've made over 15 kiteboards, it's pretty cool trying different combinations of shapes, designs, concave, stiffness, etc.

The method is via rocker table run on a vacuum, here are a couple of examples of how it works...

There's heaps of advantages of vacuum bagging your boards, the biggest, is being able to precisely set the rocker/concave of your board,
laying exactly whatever core/materials in it you want, the end result being ridiculously good boards, for a fraction of the cost of mass prod boards.

Anyways, I'm getting rid of my setup as I'm moving overseas, so if anyone in Vicco is interested & for the right price, I'd be happy to help set you up.

Kit would include….

* Rocker table (With Vaccum line & Valves) (Compressor not included)
* Quad axial weave glass
* Bi axial Carbon Fibre
* Mould Release
* Peel Ply
* Plus a whole bunch more….

Anyone interested, PM me.

Cheers
