I just recently bought a 2015 2nd hand neo. Anyway 1st problem was my pump didn't fit so might have to buy an adaptor or new hose. It does pump up using the small nipple valve further down towards the tip
I borrowed a north pump but after turning the valve fully left it still does not seal off .there appears to be a a plastic flap under the valve
Has anyone had this new type airport valve not seal when closed. Any tips
Advice appreciated
Thx Dale

Hey Dale,

You've over rotated the airport valve, you'll find if you turn it 180 degrees to the right it should seal up. Any North/Duotone dealer should be able to give you hand with this if you can't get it to work yourself!

Thanks glidefish as simple as that. Rotated 180 and works fine. Also just found out to that my old slingshot pump hose fits in the hole where,as some of the newer ones are slightly to fat.

Once you've over rotated the valve its important to be careful not to do it again so be gentle when you use your slingshot hose on it ,and make certain you leave it the closed position when its deflated and stored . The plastic has a bit of a memory and will bend back if you store it correctly
