Mainly the lens, the size, the weigh, built in Wifi and the increase in recording rate. You can now record in 4k which is basically 4 x 1080p. down side is that the frame rate is only 15 per second which is kind of useless for slow motion and that there is really no monitors out there that can replay 4k.
