Butter, garlic,lime zest ,squeeze of lime ,salt, pepper chilli and coriander beat up , grill shell side down
Just as flesh iscoming off the shell, smear mix and cook on a pinging hot griddle to caramelise and colour flip back over smear more mixture and finish off shell side down for another minute
Its a ripper with a gage roads little dove pale ale

Fantastic recipe. Thanks for passing that on, might give that a whirl. Perfect combo all the way around!
