Also I can't seem to find rules about playing with my practice cabrinha for adelaide's beaches. Any help would be appreciated.

Hey mate, can't help you on the mutiny leash but with the Adelaide beachs just head to the saksa website. It's basically no kiting north of bower road to Largs pier, and down near the airport. Everywhere else is good but check the website out for the map.

Good leash. Can't comment on Adelaide though

I can't find any info on saksa about practice kites
