Need to demonstrate basic kite skills in order to get a licence so you are allowed to kite

Same as getting a car licence

So we pay... lets say $100p/a to some Government Dept for a "water sports licence" then what

I would actually pay $100p/a to see those ****tards that kite through flagged areas and crash their kites over kids being fined and their gear taken off them , but all that will happen is the Gov Dept will get our money for absolutely nothing in return just more regulations .

Well we have a driving licence and that sure doesn't make it any safer on the roads.

You have to have a pay for and sit through lectures to get a license to use jet skis In Japan. It doesn't stop them buzzing kids within a few meters of the shore at the beach or crashing into each other on a 10km wide lake... but at least the gubbinment gets paid!

were starting to see alot of flying sites shutdown because pilots with gopros MUST be spying on residents children/captureing the adults affairs/planing to rob everyone of there outdoor dining tables

holly **** are jetskiers wankers, i swear every jetski owner must drop the $$$$ on one scream woooohoooooo **** yeahhhhhhhhh for about 4 sessions then become incredibly bored of the whole aspect then sell it to someone else who does the exact same thing. i havent come across a single jet ski rider who looks like they have had anymore then 10 hours on one in there life. they dont need a liscence they need to be forced to feed it and walk it everyday for atleast 6 months like every other spoilt child is threatened with when they decide they want a pony.
