ummmmm what that does is it shortens one line by ALOT .... so it does flag out the kite... it will initially loop but trust me it works... bloody instagram kids dont know there **** im sure its on the metal ring that pulls the line thru the other metal ring right... its night time so the ummmm screens a bit blurry...
