Just need to steal a little knowledge. I might be heading up to hervey bay in April, would the wind gods be good to me at that time of the year if so what are some of the kiting locations worth checking out

Historically April can be hit and miss. But after the poor showing of good winds so far this season it's got to come good.''

Prevailing winds are SE so head West of the Pier on low tide and East on higher tide for flat water riding.''

Just try to keep some distance from the Pier if there's anyone fishing from it (which there usually is), as some Kiters have been getting too close and " pissing off " the local fishermen otherwise you might end up as target practice for their lure's!''
