I like the Ronix one. They are a really nice boot and clearly one of the most popular. If you ride foot straps and never have had boots before, you might want to go the Franks (as they have more flex than the ones) or the Parks (which are the most flex boot in the Ronix line). At 14yo your foot is still growing and you'll probably need new boots in 12 months anyway, so I'd go with a flex boot and work your way up to a stiffer boot if you find you want more stability.
If you get a boot that is too stiff you may find it hard to adapt at the beginning.

And now I am looking for better one!
